Shipping Policies
When making a purchase at HUMXN, our team will respond to the request as soon as possible. Once we receive the purchase confirmation to your email address registered on the website, we will be preparing your order to be delivered. If you are located within Lima, the delivery time is 4 to 7 business days. If you are located in the province, the delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. Finally, international shipments have an estimated time of 12 to 25 business days.
Return Policy
We do not accept exchanges or returns, because HUMXN garments are underwear and for personal use. Therefore, it is recommended to take the corresponding measures when making a purchase. If the part presents a factory error, it must be reported as soon as possible to our email humxnperu@gmail.com or by direct message to our Instagram profile @humxn.lima.
